Owen Nelson has been designing residential landscapes for over 25 years, both in Southern California and for the last 8 years in Santa Fe. An area of special interest and expertise is the design and construction of waterscapes. Owen has completed numerous projects over the years, including all types of swimming pools, waterfalls and ponds, as well as the full range of landscaping elements such as planting, decking, building additions, lighting and irrigation.

Inside Out Design and Build Inc. benefits from Owen's diverse knowledge and broad experience in landscaping design as we are able to integrate the landscaping with the house and site from the beginning of the design process. In addition, the design/build approach allows us to maintain a high level of creativity, while keeping in mind the practical realities of building and budget.
